Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all Gewoon Online products: TableTap Pro, LinkMedic Pro, and SoloHQ.
How it works
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, email info@gwnonline.nl within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no explanation required.
Who processes the refund
Polar (polar.sh) is the merchant of record for all Gewoon Online purchases and processes refunds on our behalf. You can also view your order and request support using the link in your order confirmation email.
Subscriptions
For LinkMedic Pro's yearly plans, a refund within the 14-day window cancels the subscription and refunds the payment. Outside that window, you can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
